Our first class services are offered at an unbeatable price and without any requirements on food & beverage service minimums.
Venue Rental for Weddings & Receptions
Starting at $2500
This price includes the use of the full use of venue (excluding kitchen) with a minimum of 10 hours. Additional hours @ $250 per hour. Complete set up & tear down of tables & chairs for up to 170 people. (Above 170 pp – ask for pricing).
Starting at $1200
This price includes the use of the full use of venue (excluding kitchen) with a minimum of 6 hours. Additional hours @ $200 per hour. Complete set up & tear down of tables & chairs for up to 170 people. (Above 170 pp – ask for pricing).
Starting at $500
This price includes the use of the full use of venue (excluding kitchen) with a minimum of 4 hours. Additional hours @ $125 per hour. Complete set up & tear down of tables & chairs for up to 170 people. (Above 170 pp – ask for pricing).
*Holiday Rates – a $500 fee is added for any event that is scheduled 24 hours before or after a federal holiday.
** Need more than 1 day to prepare for your wedding? If available, combining 2 or more days is a possibility.
All pricing include the following complimentary items for your use:
- spacious bridal room with beautiful full length mirror and adjoining powder room
- groom’s dressing / waiting room with adjoining washroom
- beautiful Iron & Pillar Gazebo for outdoor wedding events
- 170 white padded garden chairs for outdoor events
- grand foyer credenza for guest book display
- gift table with decorative card collection box
- 20 60” round tables
- 170 gold Chiavari Chairs
- cake table
- 3 – 6’ or 2 – 8’ buffet serving tables for food or beverage stations
- large marble top beverage bar for inside use
- table for DJ and additional sound equipment
- inside or outside sound system for selected ceremony music (provided by client)
- clip-on lapel microphone for officiate and wireless microphones for vocalists
- ambient lighting
- ice maker & refrigerator. Warming and prep kitchen available for additional charge.
- complete, one time setup & break-down of all inside tables and chairs
- onsite venue staff available for questions and event oversight during your entire rental time
Additional items available for additional fee/rent:
- Outside set up & break-down of chairs at gazebo/patio ceremony site ($1 per chair)
- Additional chairs (above stated 170) –gold Chiavari $8.25 ea. or white folding $3.25 ea.
- Additional tables (6’, 8’ Rectangle or 5’ Round) $8.75 ea.
- Cocktail tables – $8.75 ea.
- Table linens (Ivory, Black, Navy Blue, Red) $15 ea.
- Specialty linens available upon request (price based upon size/color/pattern/material)
- Projector & screen – $75

Customized packages are available for your special day. Packages are based on the number of guests, features, add-on’s selected, day of the week, etc. Vendors and packages are subject to availability.
