- $125/hr with a minimum of 4 hours
Starting at $520
- Events ending before 5 PM – $65/hr with a minimum of 8 hours
- Events beginning after 5PM and ending prior to 12 AM – $150/hr with a minimum of 4 hours
Starting at $1200
- $200/hr with a minimum of 6 hours
Starting at $2500
- $250/hr with a minimum of 10 hours
All pricing include the following complimentary items for your use:
- 170 chairs (choice of either gold Chiavari Chairs or white padded chairs)
- 20 5’ Round Tables
- 4 6’ & 2 8’ buffet serving tables for food or beverage stations
- large marble top bar for inside use
- table for DJ and additional sound equipment
- inside sound system for selected music (provided by client)
- clip-on lapel microphone or wireless microphone
- ambient lighting
- complete, one time set up & break-down of all table and chairs
- onsite venue staff available for questions and event oversight during your entire rental time
- icemaker & refrigerator. Warming & prep kitchen available for additional charge.
Additional items available for additional fee/rent:
- Chairs (gold Chiavari $ 8.25 each or white padded folding $ 3.25 each )
- Tables ( 6’, 8’ Rectangle or 5’ Round) $8.75 each
- Projector & screen – $75
- Cocktail tables – $8.75 each
- Table linens (Ivory, Black, Navy Blue, Red) $15 each
- Specialty linens available upon request (price based upon size/color/pattern/material)
